You have created a Desktop Intelligence document with a macro that calls an external SDK that takes more than 20 seconds to execute before returning control to the Desktop Intelligence macro. For example, the macro could create an Excel application that does some calculations that takes a few minutes to execute.
In this case, Desktop Intelligence is unresponsive until the call has finished executing and if the user during that time clicks on Desktop Intelligence, the following error message appears:
