In BusinessObjects XI Release 2, a Desktop Intelligence report runs correctly but if you schedule a Web Intelligence report against the same query, the following error message appears:
"Transport error: Communication failure on the Web_Intelligence Job Server"
The Web Intelligence connection timeout settings in the Central
Management Console (CMC) are set to 45 minutes but the error still
appears with a report that takes 20 minutes to run.
