1199690 - Invalid native charset when Web Intelligence connects to database

Symptom

  • All database environment variables have been set correctly.
  • Able to connect to database server using database client.
  • Run the Web Intelligence (Webi) report.
  • Error: An internal error occurred while calling the "processDPCommands" API. (Error: WIS 30270).
  • Enable the Webi report server trace.
  • Error: Invalid native charset : UTF8(or ther charset), unable to open the database.
