1199739 - Errors: "schedinterface.exe - Unable to locate Component" or "An error occurred while retrieving the file schedinterface.exe"

Symptom

In BusinessObjects Performance Management XI, when scheduling a metric refresh, one of the following error messages appear:

"An error occurred while retrieving the file schedinterface.exe"

or

"schedinterface.exe - Unable to locate Component"

If you try to manually run the AFScheduleProgram in the CMC > Home > Folders > Performance Management > History, the following error message appears:

"schedinterface.exe - Unable to locate Component
This application has failed to start because the cpi18n.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."
