1199831 - How to restore the universe and the connection links in the Central Management Console for a Web Intelligence document after migration

Symptom

In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2, the Import Wizard is used to migrate Web Intelligence documents.

When accessing the documents in the Central Management Console and clicking the universe link, an error message appears stating the universe cannot be found. Neither the universe nor the connection can be viewed.

However, refreshing the Web Intelligence documents in the InfoView is successful.
