1200036 - How to gray out the CMS field name on the InfoView XI logon page

Symptom

By default, when you open the BusinessObjects InfoView XI logon page (http://<servername>/businessobjects/enterprise115), the Central Management Server (CMS) field name is visible and can be edited.
How can you gray out the CMS field name on the InfoView XI logon page so users cannot edit it?

NOTE

If you have installed Performance Management XI bundled with BusinessObjects XI, the CMS field name will be grayed out by default.
