1200176 - After successfully installing 6.5.3 CHF64, WebIntelligence Java report panel still shows 6.5 SP2

Symptom

 Here are the steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install WebIntelligence 6.5 SP3.
  2. Log in to Infoview.
  3. Try to open or create a WebIntelligence report (.wid) using Java Report Panel.
  4. In Java Report Panel it shows 6.5 SP2 although installation of 6.5 SP3 had been done successfully. However, the Java Report Panel functionality is not affected by the version displayed.
