Symptom

  • Web Intelligence reports freeze after several reports are run in one session - closing one report will unfreeze the session

  • Error message occurs after opening a WebIntelligence Document multiple times

  • When using a report variable or universe object or a hyperlink with openDocument link defined to open multiple WebIntelligence documents consecutively the documents fails upon opening

  • Error returned when modifying the prompts during the creation of a publication

  • Error: Could not retrieve the document with the passed obsolete token. (Error: RWI 00323) (Error: INF)

  • Using OpenDocument: Error: Cannot retrieve the document with the passed obsolete token. (Error: RWI 00323)
