SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
A report that is configured to write to unmanaged disk and
outputs a .csv file is generating the following error
message:
"Operation not yet implemented"
Cause
The error occurs when there is no data for this report to return.
This occurs when no database records are being returned by the
report.
Resolution
To work around this behavior, ensure that the report contains
some data in it.
