SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2, when a particular user attempts to open a Web Intelligence document, the following error message appears:
"User rights not found. See your BusinessObjects Administrator. (WIS 00502)".
Other users are able to view the document with out any problem. Also, new users created in the same group of the problematic user are able to view the document with out any issues.
