Symptom

When running BusinessObjects XI Release 2 using a Java Application server, the server fails and the following error message appears:

"java.lang.OutOfMemoryError
at java.io.FileInputStream.readBytes(Native Method)
at java.io.FileInputStream.read(Unknown Source)
at java.io.BufferedInputStream.read1(Unknown Source)
at java.io.BufferedInputStream.read(Unknown Source)
