1200569 - Error: "Internal error: (Error: BAW 0011)" when creating new mail publication in WebIntelligence

In BusinessObjects WebIntelligence version 6.5, when attempting to create a new mail publication in InfoView by clicking Activate publication > Activate, the following error message appears:

"Internal error: (Error: BAW 0011)".

This occurs only with users in one specific group. Users with Designer/Supervisor accounts from the same group can successfully create a new mail publication.

Also, users in other groups can create new mail publications. When the users experiencing the issue are added to another group, they can successfully create the publication.
