Symptom

File size grows significantly when sending BusinessObjects version 6.5.2 reports to BusinessObjects version 6.5.1 users and then saving.
 
Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Open a report in 6.5.2 Full Client.
  2. Now send this report to a user on 6.5.1 either via the repository or email.
  3. Have the 6.5.1 user open the report.
  4. Have the 6.5.1 user refresh the report.
  5. Have the 6.5.1 user do a Save As and either write over the same report or create a new rep file.
  6. Notice the size of the file grows significantly.
