1200700 - How do I configure a RAS .NET web application to work with Enterprise RAS in a NAT environment?

Symptom

A managed Report Application Server (RAS) attempts to communicate to the application server (IIS 5/6) using the private IP address of the application server. The IP resolution fails because the NAT can't resolve the private address on the other side of the network.
