Symptom

In Business Objects Enterprise, on a computer with Windows 2000 / 2003 / 2008, when scheduling a large Web Intelligence document in InfoView, the following error message may appear:
 
"Error Message: 30270: An internal error occurred while calling the 'saveDocumentToCorporateMDP' API. (Error: WIS 30270) BOException caught:RESULT=80004005;WHAT=An internal error occurred while dgSerializeManagerImpl is calling pC3Serial->SaveAll."
