While logging on to Performance Management, sometimes the Corporate Tiered Dashboard option (next to Setup) is enabled and other times it is grayed out. You are using a clustered environment with two Central Management Servers (CMS) on Windows 2003. On each server you have two instances of the AA Analytics server and the AA Dashboard server running.
