After upgrading the BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2 server to Service Pack 2 (SP2) or after uninstalling SP2, when attempting to open Desktop Intelligence documents using InfoView in HTML view, the following error message appears:
"Problems with this Web page might prevent it from being displayed properly or functioning properly. In the future, you can display this message by double-clicking the warning icon displayed in the status bar".
In the script error dialogue box, the following error message is provided with other script file details:
"Error: 'isPicker' is undefined".
