1200964 - Error: "The Active Directory Authentication plug-in could not authenticate at this time..." when using .NET InfoView Single Sign On configured with Windows Active Directory

Symptom

In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2 with Service Pack 2 applied running in a .NET environment, Enterprise and Windows Active Directory (AD) work correctly when users log on manually. However, when using Single Sign On (SSO), the following error message appears:

"Exception: Reason: The Active Directory Authentication plugin could not authenticate at this time. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact your technical support department.

". Detail: .\proxy_impl.cpp(802)
SecWinAD Error: an unknown error occurred in GenerateClientCCRContext()".
