1200966 - AD / LDAP users are deleted from SAP BI if removed from mapped groups

Symptom

  • If a mapped Active Directory user is removed from its mapped Active Directory / LDAP group, the user is also deleted from the SAP Business Intelligence Platform system, along with its Favorites and Inbox.
  • Alternatively, if the mapped groups themselves are unmapped from SAP BI, the same behavior will occur.
