1201195 - Error: "A system error occurred. (Error: INF 00130) (65535)" opening full-client BusinessObjects documents in InfoView

Symptom

When opening a full-client BusinessObjects document in Infoview you receive an error message:

"A system error occurred. (Error: INF 00130) (65535)"
 
The following has been confirmed:
  • Confirmed the processes are running.
  • Confirmed the BOManager is started.
  • Checked if two BusObj.exe processes are started. You can increase and decrease the minimum number of loaded busobj processes through the Administration Tool.
  • Checked the dcomcnfg and the local policy.
  • Confirmed the bomain.key is called bomain.key in the node/server/cluster/locdata directory.
  • Confirmed the license key is not on a mapped drive or network location.
