Symptom
When opening a full-client BusinessObjects document in Infoview you receive an error message:
"A system error occurred. (Error: INF 00130) (65535)"
The following has been confirmed:
The following has been confirmed:
- Confirmed the processes are running.
- Confirmed the BOManager is started.
- Checked if two BusObj.exe processes are started. You can increase and decrease the minimum number of loaded busobj processes through the Administration Tool.
- Checked the dcomcnfg and the local policy.
- Confirmed the bomain.key is called bomain.key in the node/server/cluster/locdata directory.
- Confirmed the license key is not on a mapped drive or network location.
