1201316 - Hide Block functionality not available in Web Intelligence

In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2, the format table in Desktop Intelligence has an option of Hide Block, which hides the block based on a condition.

For example, a block can be hidden for certain users or it can be hidden based on the value of a field.

The following workflow is performed:

1. Create document in Desktop Intelligence using the Island Resorts demo universe objects Sales Person, Quarter, Region, Customer, and Revenue.
2. Create a Section on Sales Person.
3. Click the table > Format > Table.
4. Click the Hide Block option on the Appearance tab. Enter the following formula:
   
   =<Sales Person>="Galagers"
   

This hides the table in the section for Sales Person named "Galagers".

However, this functionality is not available in Web Intelligence.
