1201379 - Cannot open Dashboard and Analytics Setup

Symptom

You may get one of the following errors when trying to create a new analytic in InfoView through Open > Dashboards and Analytics.

  • "Cannot forward after response has been committed"
  • "There is no AA Dashboard Server available.  Contact your Business Objects administrator to verify server status. AA2213"
  • "java.lang.NullPointerException".

  • Servlet Engine Exception: null
