In Desktop Intelligence, when applying a date time format to a cell containing a number representing a Julian date time value, the time stamp is ignored.
Example, having the value 2,454,174.40, when formatted into Date-time dd/mm/yy hh:mm:ss it will be displayed as 14/03/07 00:00.
