1201644 - Message requesting a user ID and password appears when attempting to obtain the output of a Web Service Definition Language

Symptom

In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2, a prompt requesting a user ID and password is appears when attempting to obtain the output of a Web Service Definition Language (WSDL) created using Query as a Web Service (QaaWS) in a browser.

This prompt is returned even though appropriate parameters are populated for user ID and password in qaaws.principal.username and qaaws.principal.password of the dsws.properties file.
