Symptom

In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2 and Crystal Reports Server XI, if an object is sent to an inbox, the sender is still unable to do a search and obtain results from the recipient"s inbox after installing Critical Hot Fix (CHF) 15 or Service Pack (SP) 2 and above.
