1201714 - Error: "HTTP Status 404 - /businessobejcts/enterprise115/desktoplaunch/" when attempting Vintela SSO from InfoView


When attempting to use Vintela SSO from InfoView the following error message appears:
"HTTP Status 404 - /businessobejcts/enterprise115/desktoplaunch/".
If you disable Vintela the error do not appear. When re-enabling Vintela, the 404 error messages return.
Checking the Tomcat local host log reveals the following message:
"Configured service principal name 'HTTP/' could not be found caused by: Client not found in kerberos database".
