Symptom

After the installation of the Search Indexing Program for BusinessObjects XI Release 2 or XI 3.X, from the Productivity Pack

  • there is no Search Indexing Program in the list of objects
  • or there is no Set Indexing Schedule button in the Central Management Console if you click Home > BusinessObjects Enterprise Applications > Content Search page.
