1201808 - Error : CS DB Driver failed to load : C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 6\ dataaccess\RDBMS\connectionServer\dbd_oci10.dll ( the specified procedure cannot be found )

Symptom

You have Oracle client 10 installed on your PC. You query an Oracle 10 database with Designer.

Because you want to query an Oracle server 8 from the same PC; you installed Oracle 8 client.

After installing Oracle 8 client, you launch Designer and get the following error message:
'CS DB Driver failed to load : C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 6\ dataaccess\RDBMS\connectionServer\dbd_oci10.dll ( the specified procedure cannot be found ).'
