1201960 - Error: "Object ID does not exist" and "This object already exists in the database" when deleting and adding a license key in the Central Management Console

Symptom

When deleting a license key from the Central Management Console (CMC), the following error message appears:

"Object ID does not exist".

When adding the same license key in the CMC, the following error message appears:

"This object already exists in the database".
