  • Error occurs when opening a local copy of a universe after the universe is deleted from the repository 
  • Error message:

You are not authorized to use this document (FRM 00008). The universe cannot be found on the Central Management Server. Possible causes:
1. The universe is deleted from the CMS
2. You are not authorized to retrieve the universe
3. The CMS is not available"
