1202123 - Blank lines appear when exporting the reports to TXT format in Crystal Reports

Blank lines are added to the report when exporting to TXT format.

The report might contain sections which have not been suppressed but rather minimised in height in order to not show them on the report.

The sections which do not have to appear in the Preview should be suppressed.

 

This can be done from "Report" menu, selecting "Section Expert"; from Common tab, depending on the requirement, each section can be suppressed checking the "Suppress (No Drill-Down) option.
