1202195 - Error: "A system error occurred.(Error: INF 00130)(10305)" when using openDocument.jsp

Symptom

A report name contains the pound character (#). For example, the name of the report is "#abc". When using openDocument.jsp in a hyperlink to open that report, the following error message appears:

"A system error occurred.(Error: INF 00130)(10305)"
