1202253 - Errors: "%SI_EMAIL_ADDRESS%" or "%SI_USERFULLNAME%" appear in the subject line of an email sent by Enterprise

Symptom

When scheduling a report to SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) and using the variables %SI_EMAIL_ADDRESS% and/or %SI_USERFULLNAME% in either the Subject line or in the body of the message, you get the variable returned and not the expected name or email address that is the value of the variable.

For example, you (John Smith) type the following into the Subject line when you schedule a report to send as an email:

"%SI_USERFULLNAME% has sent you the following report"

You expect to see "John Smith has sent you the following report", but instead you see "%SI_USERFULLNAME% has sent you the following report".
