When installing BusinessObjects XI Release 2 Service Pack 2 (SP2) in an environment that has already had Critical Hot Fix (CHF) 17 applied, the following error message appears:
"We have detected patches which may contain fixes that are not included in Service Pack 2. Please ensure you apply the latest CHF for Service Pack 2 after completing this install to ensure you have the latest set of fixes."
