Symptom
Using Table Comparison with Sorted Input. Before the TC, there
is a query to sort the input (this can't be passed down to the
server because of some derived fields). The results of the Sort
Query from DI are in case-sensistive order, meaning "DMLT" shows
before "Distribution". For the TC using Sorted Input, SQL Server
presents the rows in case-insensitive order, meaning "Distribution"
appears before "DMLT". Because of this, DI marks some rows as
Deleted and re-inserts them.
Is there a way to change the sort order in DI to be
case-insensitive
