Symptom

Using Table Comparison with Sorted Input. Before the TC, there is a query to sort the input (this can't be passed down to the server because of some derived fields). The results of the Sort Query from DI are in case-sensistive order, meaning "DMLT" shows before "Distribution". For the TC using Sorted Input, SQL Server presents the rows in case-insensitive order, meaning "Distribution" appears before "DMLT". Because of this, DI marks some rows as Deleted and re-inserts them.
