SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
When some Active Directory (AD) users attempt to log on to Crystal Enterprise 10 through the SharePoint portal using Single Sign-On, the following error message appears:
"Unable to access the crystal Enterprise infrastructure at .... The infrastructure may not be accessible, or you have not been granted access using automatic sign-on with windows AD. Contact your reporting administrator for further details on availability".
Other AD users are able to log on using the same process without any errors.
