In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2 using Sybase as the database repository, the Central Management Server (CMS) does not start.
In a Windows deployment, the Event Viewer has the following error message:
"... Please have SELECT INTO enabled in Sybase database ...".
In a UNIX deployment, the same error message is recorded in the log file.
