BusinessObjects XI Release 2 server has been downgraded from a higher CHF version to a lower one.
For example: from Critical Hot Fix (CHF) 18 to CHF17 or from Fix Pack (FP) 2.3 to FP 2.2.
When you to log on to InfoView and create or edit a Web Intelligence report, the following error message appears:
"Your server version is incompatible with this client version.
Contact your BusinessObjects administrator"
