SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
In BusinessObjects version 6.5 using Internet Information Services 5 (IIS5), when attempting to open a full-client report in InfoView, the following error message appears:
"The page cannot be found. The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable".
Open the server home page. Locate the links to the information desired. After clicking Back to try another link, the following error message appears:
"HTTP 404 - File not found
"Internet Information Services".
