In BusinessObjects Performance Management XI, when a user attempts to view a metric list, multiple error messages and symptoms occur. When checking the Performance Management trace logs, the following error message appears:
"get Session folder ID failed in _getSessionTempFolderObject.
InfoSDK Error
Or SessionStateInfo is null in GetSessionState
SessionStateInfo is null in getSessionStateLock".
