1202895 - Error: "...SAP RFC shared library not found" after downloading the SAP RFC driver software Integrator

Symptom

ASC Data Integrator Data Integrator 11.0.x and 11.5.x for AIX,using the SAP RFC driver for communication between DI and the SAPserver you have installed Data Integrator on your AIX server. You have downloaded the SAP RFC driver software from the SAP website, per the documentation in$LINK_DIR/bin/ReadMeLibRfc.txt. You have un-packaged andinstalled this SAP RFC driver library (librfccm.o) to the$LINK_DIR/bin directory, enabled r+x permissions for all users, andensured that $LINK_DIR/bin exists in the $LIBPATH variable. When you run a job which uses an SAP R/3 dataflow, the jobimmediately crashes with the following error message appears:
"(11.0) 01-10-06 12:04:26 (E) (2191994:0001) R3C-150508: |DataflowDF_T001_company_load SAP RFC shared library not found. Pleasemake sure it is installed and can be located using the librarysearch path (LIBPATH on AIX, LD_LIBRARY_PATH on Solaris/Linux,SHLIB_PATH on HP-UX)."
