1202926 - Scheduled reports in Crystal Reports Server XI Release 2 stays in 'Pending' state

When scheduling reports in Crystal Reports Server XI Release 2, the reports stay in Pending state and do not successfully complete.

The issue occurs because there is a previous version of Crystal Reports Designer XI Release 1 installed on the server that corrupts the Crystal Reports Server XI Release 2 CRPE or scheduling engine.

1. Remove any previous version of Crystal Reports Designer completely.

2. Uninstall Crystal Reports Server XI Release 2.

3. Reinstall Crystal Reports XI Release 2 Service Pack 2.

4. Reinstall Crystal Reports Server XI Release 2.
