When creating a JNDI connection to an Oracle JDBC data source on a WebLogic server, the following error message appears:
"Failed to open the connection. Details: Exception: [Error Message:]oracle/sql/BfileDBAccess"

Cause
Crystal Reports requires the ojdbc14.jar file for data sources using an Oracle JDBC driver.
