1203214 - Specific Windows clients unable to log on to InfoView using SSO via Active Directory

Symptom

In an environment where InfoView is configured for SSO via Active Directory Kerberos, certain users using specific client computers are not able to log on via SSO. The problem seems to only happen with a specific user when they are using a specific computer. The problem does not follow a user to other computers and other users succeed when using this computer.
