1203295 - Errors: "(102) Cannot import document" or "Error Number 102 Occurred: Error during import document - Document not found on repository" with Broadcast Agent Publisher 6.5.x

In Broadcast Agent Publisher 6.5.x, when you try to run publications, they fail with one of the following errors:

"(102) Cannot import document"

-OR-

"Error Number 102 Occurred: Error during import document - Document not found on repository"
