When attempting to log on to a XI R2 or XI R3 CMS with the Report Conversion Tool (RCT) using Active Directory (AD), error messages stating incorrect login or incorrect password appear.
I have set up Kerberos authentication and tested it's functionality in InfoView, but the Report Conversion Tool is unable to connect to my environment using Windows AD authentication. I receive the error RCT 00002
