1203543 - Cannot export or import Desktop Intelligence reports

Symptom

You are unable to import or export a Desktop Intelligence report from the repository on a client computer with BusinessObjects XI Release 2 Service Pack 1 installed. After logging on to Desktop Intelligence and clicking on the Import from repository tab, an hourglass cursor appears briefly.

This works correctly on the server computer with both Service Pack 1 and Service Pack 2 installed.
