1203566 - Unable to run Web Intelligence reports against the Oracle server

Symptom

  • A Web Intelligence (Webi) report is created against an Oracle 10g database.
  • Schedule the report from the system. The BusinessObjects server is on a Solaris computer. NLS_LANG and needed Language set has been installed and configured on the server properly.
  • The report fails.
  • Error: 0:(CS) :Invalid native charset: AL32UTF8 An internal error occurred while calling the 'processDPCommands' API. (Error: WIS 30270) BOException caught: RESULT=80004005: WHAT=RefreshBatch failed.
