1203572 - Error: "No metric to display" in EPM dashboards when using a customized Single Sign-On script

In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2, InfoView and EPM dashboards work correctly when Single Sign-On (SSO) is disabled.

However, when using customized SSO in EPM dashboards and viewing the report-based analytics (for example, Web Intelligence and Desktop Intelligence reports), the following error message appears on all metric-based analytics (for example, Interactive Metric Trends and speedometers):

"No metric to display".

Upon enabling EPM traces (Setup > Parameters > Trace), several logon token error messages similar to the following appear:
