1203660 - Error: "The Program Object reported an error while running, but no error code was provided"

Symptom

In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 1, when scheduling a program object in the Central Configuration Manager (CCM), the following error message appears:

"The Program Object reported an error while running, but no error code was provided"

A "trace on the program job server, shows a log file with the following error message:

"trace message: procprogram helper: RExecHelper::Execute() -- Failed to run the command.  errno=25"
